He is selling a product that is not completed, and the attacks end when time ends but don't get reflected in the database, there is also no way to stop attacks and the whole website is just bad overall and lacks of basic functionality. I wasn't able to attack for 4 hours because the database thought I had 20 attacks running. When I pointed out the issue to him, he blocked me and removed my plan.

gave him a free plan was gonna trade for l7 protection but out of my kindness just gave him a free plan anyway he then requested more concurrents but i was generous enough to give him 20 for free witch is over $200 + i didnt even get his l7 protection as i didnt want it user then spammed me on telegram for the past 4 hours telling me he wanted more cons if he would like more cons he should pay as i will not tolerate spam in my dms for free plans.

No, I gave him DDoS Protection in exchange for the service, Wick just told me that I can report even if I didn't pay, and there are 2 reasons:
1. I gave him the protection and my time.
2. He is selling a service that doesn't even function correctly
